To ensure that new formulations are safe, we offer a comprehensive microbiology and hygiene monitoring service. Microbiological testing of pharmaceutical raw materials for production and of end products is stipulated by the pharmacopoeia requirements in the various markets. This is done externally in selected GMP-accredited laboratories.
Precise examination is mandatory for the evaluation of microbiological quality. The total number of germs and the presence of pathogens must be determined according to the product and production phase.
